During a conversation in 2009, a family member brought up a common dilemma faced by many couples: when is it no longer feasible to maintain their own home? The couple loved to travel and lead an active lifestyle and were considering moving to a condominium for the convenience of maintenance-free living. However, they needed guidance between leaving behind their beloved home and their relationships with their neighbors and finding a buyer in a struggling real estate market. Their remark, "If only I could turn my house into a condo," stayed with us after the conversation ended.
VanBeck Services was established to introduce the "condominium concept" of a hassle-free lifestyle to homeowners, including senior citizens, busy professionals, and families relocating to the area.
